  • Corporate / university partner lists (if you join through an organization) such as your name, email, and program eligibility.
  • Video/live session tools may provide participation metadata (e.g., join/leave time) depending on the tool used.

  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests).

4) Legal basis (where applicable)

Depending on your country and applicable data protection laws, we process personal data based on one or more of the following:

  • Contract necessity: to provide courses/services you request.

5) How we share your personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools).

We require service providers to handle personal data with appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

6) Certificates and blockchain verification (if offered)

If we offer blockchain-verifiable certificates:

  • A certificate may include limited data needed for verification (for example: certificate ID, course name, issue date, and/or a cryptographic hash).
  • Blockchain records may be immutable (cannot be deleted or changed). If you request deletion of personal data, we will delete or anonymize data we control where applicable, but blockchain entries may remain publicly verifiable in hashed/limited form.
  • (Where possible, we minimize on-chain personal data.)
